Become a business customer
Having a business account is free. There are no sign-up fees or overhead costs. You only pay for the deliveries you order and any additional services you use. Payment is done by invoice. We will make a credit check before you can use our services.
Preperations

An organisation number for the company you want to register.

A valid Bank-ID.

Contact details of the company signatory (if it's not you).

Follow the link below. Type in your company's organisation number in the search bar. Make any necessary edits, or proceed to the next step if everything looks ok.

Choose the billing address if it's not the same as your company's street address. Otherwise, proceed to the next step.

Sign the application with your Bank ID, if you're the company signatory. If not, type in the person's contact details.

When the signing is complete, you're done and can continue to create a user account in our business portal.
There are no overhead costs in being a PostNord business customer or using our business portal. You only pay for the parcels and letters you send, and the additional services you use.
